very well located city centre hotel and very clean and the room was comfortable and well appointed. no complaints.

The hotel was warm quiet bed are so comfy decor is stunning fridge in room welcome tea tray and super shower lush tiwells we.arrived 2 hours early ang reception went out of their way and gave us a room on arrival and coffee/tea vouchers all day

Clean and comfortable stay in Dublin City centre

Beautiful hotel, with lovely staff in a nice location. Rooms very comfortable & clean. And the best breakfast I have had anywhere, such a selection to choose from. Close to many shopping centers such as Lilac & Jervis.

The location excellent and central. Check in was efficient and reception staff were very helpful. The room was clean, comfortable beds, good bathroom and shower and no disturbance overnight with noise. Good breakfast.

Bit of an issue with staff to get breakfast included. Tired to make us pay. Was quite ignorant. I showed her confirmation email but she still rang another member of staff to see if we were entitled.

Asked for room closer to lift they didn't give very long walk to rooms,key cards kept crashing had to walk more to set them up again

Very enjoyable stay, staff were extremely friendly, pleasure to deal with and were very welcoming. Location was ideal, central to everything we needed for our stay. Parking just around the corner in the Qpark. Would definitely book jurys again

Perfect location and very friendly staff. The Receptionist who checked us in was especially helpful and deserves great praise for his enthusiasm and efficiency. I didn’t catch his name but he mentioned he had family in Killarney.

Great hotel, great supervalu break !

Room had a leak dripping on to the bed. No great interest in the issue from staff. Eventually got a different room. No apology for the inconvenience, no acknowledgement of it being a poor experience. Not the hotel chain it used to be.

Excellent reception staff. Room was very well presented in every way. The location is perfect for central Dublin. Breakfast is wide ranging and the food is of a very high standard. Highly recommended.

Expensive for basic facilities. Not good at dealing with dietary requirements even when asked in advance via E mail.

Lovely hotel so central to everything. Greeted by lovely staff, friendly and very helpful. Room was a good size and spotless. Buffet breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from.. Will be back soon for another visit

Perfect location, you can’t beat it. The staff were welcoming. The rooms were very clean, spacious and well ventilated. All needs were catered for. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. The hotel was busy at the time of our visit, but check in was easy.

This hotel what just what we wanted. It was clean, cosy and right beside the shops so close to the city centre. Easy access to all transport too. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and had a great variety to choose

I wouldn't stay here, I got conatental breakfast instead of full Irish breakfast as paid for that, the food in restaurant was only fair the hotel restaurant didn't open till 3pm hotel only accepted tap no cash and no hot water on morning of check out

Great location but disappointed about continental breakfast dropped outside bedroom door as looking forward to the full Irish also bar didn’t have a drink 🥃 brandy on both nights in the bar. Everything else was good Staff so nice and helpful
